Injured in a serious vehicle accident

Brock Philip Mason, 19 was injured in a serious vehicle accident and was sent to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, WA. Mason was heading eastbound when his car was struck head-on by a vehicle driven by Jeremy Stiles that was traveling in the opposite direction. It is believed that Stiles may have fallen asleep and drifted into the other lane. Both drivers were trapped in their vehicles for over an hour. Both drivers were traveling approximately 60-65 mph. Stiles was taken to Deaconess Medical Center in Bozeman with minor injuries and was later released. Both drivers were wearing their seatbelts.
Around two hours after the accident, a driver headed west smashed into the back a police vehicle that was parked at the scene of the above-referenced accident. The driver of the vehicle Michael Lucas Stroyan, 59 was charged with DUI and driving without insurance. Capt. Tom Butler of the MT Highway Patrol was quoted saying, “This is just another prime example of an uninsured driver causing significant property damage and costing the taxpayers a significant amount of money.”
